From 1982 to 2000: "Smoking" refers to cigarette smoking
From 2002/03 to 2012: "Smoking" refers to the use of all forms of tobacco, including cigarette, cigar, hand rolled cigarettes, waterpipe and pipe-smoking
From 2015 to 2017: "Smoking" refers to the use of all forms of tobacco and related products, including cigarette, e-cigarette, cigar, hand rolled cigarette, waterpipe and pipe-smoking
In 2019: "Smoking" refers to the use of all forms of tobacco and related products, including cigarette, e-cigarette, heated tobacco product, cigar, hand rolled cigarette, waterpipe and pipe-smoking
In 2021: "Smoking" refers to the use of all forms of tobacco and related products, including cigarette, e-cigarette, heated tobacco product, cigar, hand rolled cigarette, waterpipe, pipe-smoking and snuff/snus
