Project Officer

Duties:
- To liaise with different community groups / organizations / professional bodies for project collaboration;
- To organize and coordinate promotional activities in schools, workplaces and community to enhance tobacco control;
- To handle online promotion such as maintaining websites, social media platforms and advertising;
- To assist in gathering, compiling and disseminating information related to tobacco control;
- To assist in planning and coordinating the advertising and publicity campaigns of the Council;
- To help publish COSH’s reports, newsletter and information leaflets etc.;
- To maintain and strengthen database for existing and potential collaborative partners; and
- To assist in other projects as instructed by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
- An accredited associate degree or an accredited higher diploma or above preferably in Marketing, Communication and Public Relations or Languages, or equivalent;
- Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Level 2 (from 2007)/Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- A minimum of two years’ post-qualification working experience in event organization, public relations or social media promotion; and
- University graduate with less experience will also be considered.
