Executive Assistant

Duties:

  1. To be responsible for general book keeping for the Council;
  2. To assist in preparing monthly accounts on income and expenditure;
  3. To assist in maintaining central filing system, suppliers’ list, databases and inventory records;
  4. To provide secretarial and clerical support including word processing, data entry, filing and scanning;
  5. To assist in maintaining employees’ records, data and files;
  6. To assist in performing regular stores check and annual stocktaking;
  7. To provide miscellaneous support on updating and maintaining IT systems and records;
  8. To assist in preparatory work of the Council and committee meetings; and
  9. To perform any other administrative and office duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Entry Requirements:

    • Post-secondary or above;
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and fluency in Putonghua;
    • A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification working experience in accounting, administration, human resources, data management or IT support;
    • Familiar with Chinese & English word processing and software operations including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
    • Experience in public organization is definitely an advantage; and
    • University graduate with less working experience will also be considered.

Project Manager

Duties:
 
  1. To plan and execute publicity and community involvement projects in promoting a smoke-free lifestyle and smoking cessation;
  2. To assist in the production of advertising, publicity and health education materials;
  3. To assist in website and e-Marketing development;
  4. To draft press releases, speeches and replies to enquiries;
  5. To develop supportive networks with community leaders, district and commercial organizations; and
  6. To assist in committee work of the Council as assigned by the Executive Director. 

Entry Requirements:

    • A bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong University, or equivalent;
    • A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in the field of public relations, advertising, marketing communication or health education;
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
    • Experience in working with the media, district organizations or public organizations is definitely an advantage.
